The King Gates Star 2230 Electronic Control Unit is designed to manage gate automation systems equipped with 1 or 2 motors powered at 230Vac. It is suitable for compatible King Gates systems, especially swing gates with 230V motors.

This control unit manages gate opening and closing cycles, radio commands, safety inputs, limit switches, pedestrian opening and different operating parameters. Configuration is carried out using dip-switches and trimmers, allowing the automation behaviour to be adjusted according to the installation requirements.

The Star 2230 includes an integrated 433.920 MHz rolling-code radio receiver, offering greater security when using compatible transmitters. Its removable memory can store up to 200 radio codes, making it suitable for residential, commercial or collective installations.

Key functions include pedestrian opening management, pause time adjustment before automatic closing, motor force/speed adjustment, obstacle sensitivity, inputs for safety devices and status indication via LEDs.

It is ideal for replacing damaged, faulty or obsolete control units, restoring the automation system without replacing the complete installation.
